MTV Shuga Naija is looking to empower young, female creatives in the Nigerian film industry through its Talent Accelerator programme. We have internship roles in Directing, Costume, Makeup, Cinematography, Producing, Production Design, Editing, Sound, Digital Content, Grip and Gaffer.
Who can Apply?
Young female creatives based in Nigeria looking to break into the Nigerian film and TV industry.
The Accelerator programme can be seen as an immersive practical experience, where creatives that made the shortlist are able to learn at a very high pace in a short and intense period. The creatives can absorb years worth of learning within a period of a few months and would be very beneficial to jumpstart one’s career in filmmaking.
