Game Awards 2019: Death Stranding Gets Highest Nods, See Full Nominees List

The Oscars but for Video Games...

Every Year, an award ceremony named The Games Awards takes place and honors achievements in the video games and esports industry.

This ceremony is produced and hosted by Canadian video games journalist Geoff Keighley.

The Nominees for this year featuring in different category titles has just been released online for voting sessions.

Hideo Kojima’s  Death Stranding gets the highest nods with Ten Nominations including Game of year (He’s gonna win it), game direction, score/music amongst other titles.

Remedy Entertainment’s control picked up eight nominations and will be fighting for the game of the year award too.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Fornite, Gears 5 and Sayonara Wild hearts all got three nominations this year.
