The Story ⚡

Known for his impeccable cinematography and shot frames that can only simply be defined as “divine”, Chukwuka Edeogu Davidson who is more popularly called Fedworks has made his debut as a film director with “Orange Bowl”, a short film that seeks to tell the story of rape victims and the aftermaths of such horrid events.

Orange Bowl stands out from other art pieces with a similar scope, courtesy its uber-intentional attention to proper storytelling, world-class cinematography and top-tier design aesthetics. Every scene builds up to a complete film work like patterns on an art canvas.

The film stars Funke Williams, George Victor and the one bathed in the orange bowl – Zeph Obayangbon and is produced by Abisola Yussuf and Ifeoluwa Fatogun.

Orange Bowl is only a slight drift from the kind of art Fedworks is more popularly known for. For almost a decade, he has put out work in West Africa and Europe’s cinematography space, with his credits covering music, film, finance, arts, beverage and many other industry spheres.

“I want the industry to grow into a space where people behind the scenes are recognized,” – Fedworks

His optimism towards the growth of filmmaking out of Africa drives him to put so much passion and enthusiasm into every work he does and every single project he handles. And as a result of how much spirit goes into them, every project by Fedworks stands out from that of the rest of the market.

He could be both a cinematographer and a director, and his name comes before any other when a list of leading DOPs out of the region is named.
