New Nollywood Titles Coming To Prime Video This February 2024

Distributed by Cinemax, Here are additional Nollywood titles all to be released in February: Hotel Labamba, On The Edge, The Bloom Boys, Silence and L.I.F.E

Hotel Labamba

Written by Frances Okeke and directed by Biodun Stephen, Hotel Labamba delves into the mysterious murder of a popular social media influencer in the hotel and investigative attempts to solve the case.

The crime comedy film stars Lateef Adedimeji, Blessing Jessica, Bolaji Ogunmola, Pamilerin Adegoke, Lilian Afegbai, Femi Adebayo, Bimbo Ademoye, Idowu Adeyemi, Michael O. Ejoor and many others.

Hotel Labamba was initially distributed at the cinemas on 28th July 2023 and now has a streaming release on Prime Video this February.

On The Edge

A young lady in love with her struggling high school sweetheart gets romantically involved with a politician who shows her a ruthless side of him when she wants out

Starring Olumide Oworu, Uzor Arukwe, Zainab Balogun, Oluchi Amajuoyi, Chimezie Imo, JBlaze and many others. OTE is a story of power, love, betrayal and revenge like you’ve never seen before.

Produced by Diche Enuwa and directed by Temitope Bolade Akinbode, On The Edge will be released on prime video come 15th February.

The Bloom Boys

Starring Ninalowo, Timini Egbuson, Tina Mba, Tobi Bakre, Segun Arinze, Shaffy Bello, MC Lively and many others.
Directed by Xela and produced by Ifedayo Crude, The Bloom Boys Despite being from a noblesse-high society family, Kemi and her influential mum’s desperation to get her married to a Billionaire’s son led to an unexplainable event of* a popular Tech bro and sudden rise of luck found rival. However, there is a Villain.
The film which made its debut in the cinema on 28th April 2023 is now set for a release on Prime Video on 15th February.

Silence

Seen from 4 vantage points, ‘Silence’ chronicles Bode, his late best friend Dapo, Dapo’s wife Teniola and the couple’s daughter Fadeke. Unsure if Dapo’s death was an accident, Bode blames himself for not speaking up and tries to atone by uncovering the truth, leading him down a cesspit of abuse, betrayal, insecurity, infidelity, and insanity.

Ultimately, he finds himself fighting for Fadeke’s well-being without betraying the memory of his best friend

The Nigerian drama was Directed by Yemi Filmboy Morafa and produced by Wale Asifat Stars Efa Iwara, Tope Tedela, Ade Laoye, Angel Onyinyechi, Stephanie Zibili and many others.

L.I.F.E

Starring Omowunmii Dad and Efe Irele as the lead actors with supporting cast such as Mr Macaroni, Tope Olowoniyan, Eso Dike, Kate Adepegba, Jay Paul and a host of others.
Not Satisfied with their given career, Ema (Omowunmi Dada) and Yinka (Efe Irele) wish life treated them differently until it does.
LIFE was directed by Uyoyou Adia and produced by Judith Audu Productions.
