Tell Me More
Divine Favour Ibeh, professionally known as Fabby, is steadily building her career one project at a time, through intentional, thoughtful storytelling.
With a second nomination at the 2026 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) for her work on a short film, Hussaini, Fabby continues to establish herself as a producer to watch, one whose work reflects both creative instinct and operational excellence. Hussaini has also been selected as one of the 3 short films at the NollywoodWeek Film Festival, 2026.
This latest recognition builds on her 2023 AMVCA-nominated series, Ricordi S2, which went on to win in its category, Best Original Drama Series (Scripted), marking an early career milestone and signalling her ability to deliver projects that resonate both critically and with audiences.
She began her career under the mentorship of AMA Psalmist, an experience that offered early exposure to large-scale production environments and the operational demands of commercial storytelling. Working through AMA Psalmist Visuals, she contributed to campaigns for brands including Quidax, Bet9ja, TomTom, Google Gemini (in collaboration with Infinix and Tecno), and Supreme Ice Cream—projects that shaped her foundation in both creative development and the logistics of high-volume production.
Since then, Fabby has built a producing career defined by a rare balance of creative instinct and operational discipline. Her work spans film, television, music, and branded content, reflecting a producer equally comfortable shaping story as she is managing the complexities of large-scale execution.

That dual capability came into sharp focus on the AMVCA-winning series Ricordi, where she served as Series Producer and Post-Production Supervisor. Overseeing a production involving more than 200 cast and crew, Fabby guided the project from development through final delivery, ensuring alignment with the technical and editorial standards required by MultiChoice broadcast platforms.
With the feature film Once Upon A Honeymoon, now streaming on Amazon Prime Video, Fabby demonstrates a firm command of long-form storytelling, guiding the project with both narrative clarity and production precision. That same discipline extends to Melodies, a short film developed for the London Film School, underscoring a producer equally fluent across formats.
Beyond film and television, Fabby has also made significant contributions within the music and content space.
During her time at Mavin Records, one of Africa’s leading music companies, she led content production and strategy for major artist rollouts, including campaigns for artists such as Ayra Starr, Rema, Ladipoe, Johnny Drille, Crayon, Boy Spyce, Elestee, Bayanni, DJ Big N, and Magixx.
Her work extended to producing content for large-scale live events, including Ayra and Rema’s headline shows in Lagos and Abuja, 2024 as well as developing audience-driven formats that helped grow digital platforms and deepen fan engagement.
Notably, she led the development and production of a posthumous documentary project, The Party Never Ends, centred on Juice WRLD, coordinating across teams across North America and Africa to bring the story to life for a global audience.
Most recently, on the cinema release Evi, Fabby produced the album listening experience, further demonstrating her ability to merge music, film, and immersive storytelling into a cohesive audience moment.
At the core of Fabby’s work is a deliberate emphasis on collaboration and the cultivation of thoughtful creative environments. She is widely regarded for her people-first approach, fostering sets that prioritise clarity, respect, and open communication. This sensibility not only strengthens team dynamics but also allows creative ideas to emerge and evolve within a well-structured, supportive framework – an ethos that continues to define her growing body of work.
Her experience extends across international collaborations spanning Africa, Europe, and North America, reflecting an ability to operate fluidly across cultures and production landscapes.
Among these is her role as Producer on the Warriors’ Agony documentary for The Female King Visuals, developed in partnership with the University of Regina in Canada, further underscoring her reach within globally oriented storytelling spaces.
In Summary
Currently serving as Lead Producer at ATHLST, Fabby is focused on developing globally competitive African sports content, overseeing productions that span multiple countries while maintaining high creative and operational standards. Working with teams across Europe and Africa.
With two Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards nominations and a win already secured, Fabby represents a new wave of producers shaping the direction of African storytelling with both precision and intent.
As her body of work expands, so too does her influence, positioning her as a cultural builder as much as a producer.
