Africa Magic is a sub-Saharan African entertainment channel that focuses on a compelling story that speaks to the African heart. To serve and give the audience an explicit experience for their airtime, AfricaMagic announces new TV programming for January 2024.
The Africa Magic Channels include Africa Magic Showcase, Africa Magic Urban, Africa Magic Family, Africa Magic Yoruba, Africa Magic Igbo and Africa Magic Hausa.
The above Africa Magic channels all have amazing content according to the name they represent. However, the new TV series will only be available on the Showcase channel.
These series include The Theory of Breakfast, Unscripted, Hook, Line and Sinkah and Man Friend.
The Theory of Breakfast
1st January 2024, The Theory of Breakfast will be aired on Showcase every Monday and Tuesday at 9 pm.
Caught in a web of forbidden romance, two best friends, Ebimitan and Laolu, find love during the most usual events leading up to a wedding. Drama resurfaced again fueled by buried feelings and past hurt. How will they navigate through this journey?
The Theory of Breakfast Stars Osarehia Oronsaye, Evaezi Nimyel, Riyo David, Yewande Noel-Osamein, Uzoamaka Onuoha, David Okpo Eyo and Moet Abebe.

Unscripted- The Reunion
Unscripted delves into the explosive aftermath of a reality show. Set against the backdrop of a highly anticipated reunion, this drama-comedy unfolds as past conflicts, hidden truths, and unexpected revelations reignite tensions among the former housemates.

Hook, Line and Sinkah
Hook, Line and Sinkah is a comedy-drama series which tells the story of three brothers Ugo, Sodiq and Kenny Sinkah with more baggage than a lost luggage carousel.
The desire to make them real men and line life lessons, their philandering father puts them together in a business venture. Who knows if they’ve got what it takes to navigate this journey?
The cast includes Floy Digbo, Charles Ugochukwu Born and Somadiya Anyama.
Africa Magic’s Hook. Line and Sinkah will premier on 3rd January 2024 at 8:30 pm WAT.
Man Friend
Man Friend is a family drama series about a middle daughter whose determination to celebrate her mum’s 50th birthday brought her into shouldering the responsibility of a lavish bash. It is no longer about the party as it becomes a moment of self-discovery, forgiveness and bonding.
