Inspired by the Egyptian tale of Rhodopis, this afro-fantasy remake was brought to life by Lolo Eremie, who co-directed with Kayode Kasum and also wrote the script. Shot in Abuja, the film boasts stunning cinematography by Adeoluwa Owu. Distributed by Silverbird Distribution, Tarella is set to hit cinemas on February 7th, 2025, bringing a fresh and exciting twist to a classic tale.
Love Lockdown
Love Lockdown is a thought-provoking film that explores relationships tested by an unprecedented global crisis. As love and connections are challenged, the characters face life changing moments that force them to confront the uncertainty of their bonds. The film’s cast includes Andrew Bunting, Detola Jones, Yewande Osamein, Doris Okorie, Obichi Marshall, Chidera Makatah, and Emmanuel Ogundu, who bring the powerful story to life.
Directed by Lindsey Efejoku, with Uche Okocha A.M.P. producing and Babatunwa Aderinokun as the executive producer, the film captures the complexities of love in trying times. Love Lockdown will be in cinemas on February 7th, distributed by Film One Distribution.

Adenike shared that the story was inspired by the realization that, in the hustle of life, we sometimes forget what really matters, and despite life’s challenges, love always finds a way.

Ori Ade Fadaka

At its center is an ailing king, played by Jide Kosoko, who believes his son holds the key to his survival.
