Life and Dirt Series
Life and Dirt was written by Bovi and directed by James Abinibi. It tells the story of two men who plot a get-rich-quick scheme, but there are obstacles. The cast includes Chidi Mokeme, Bovi Ugboma, Shola Fapson, Kanayo O. Kanayo, Shaffy Bello, Uzor Arukwe, and many others.
Life and Dirt is currently showing exclusively on Prime Video.
A Night in 2005
A Night In 2005 is a family drama film directed by Temidayo Makanjuola. The story unravels one fateful night when everything changes in the blink of an eye. It’s a gripping drama that explores themes of love, friendship, and family.

Inside Life
Directed by Clarence Peter, Inside Life is a supernatural drama that explores the lives of characters grappling with desperate situations inside the city’s notorious prison system.
In this film, a man’s journey to survive, a devoted sister’s fight for justice, and an ambitious woman’s struggles intertwine in a complex web of suspense, secrets, and supernatural twists. As their stories converge, the series reveals the darker, mystical sides of Lagos.
Starring Scarlet Gomez, Meg Otanwa, Gabriel Afolayan, Jigan Babaoja, Jide Kosoko, Zack Orji and a host of others.
Inside Life was written by Tonia Chukwurah and Olumide Kuti; the series is slated to premiere on Netflix on October 11, 2024.
3 Working Days
Starring Nancy Isime, Deyemi Okanlawon, and Uzor Arukwe. Detola Jones, Bolaji Ogunmola, Femi Adebayo, Mike Afolarin, Tobi Makinde, Mike Ezuruonye, Victor Osuagwu, Linda Osifo and others. Directed by Ossai Jerry and produced by Deyemi Okanlawon, alongside Bedford Kemepade and Chika Nnajide.
3 Working Days is a family drama film which is set for a cinema debut on October 18, 2024.
Wives on Strike: The Uprising
Wives on Strike was directed and produced by Omoni Oboli in 2016. The comedy-drama is about a group of market women who denied their husbands sex to get them to support a young girl whose father forced her to marry a man against her choice.
Starring Hilda Dokubo, Okey Bakasi, Bukunmi Adeaga, May Yul-Edochie, Segun Arinze, Femi Branch, Sani Danja, Emeka Okoye, Tomiwa Tegbe and Folaremi Agunbiade.
The third instalment of Wives on Strike is set for a theatrical release on October 18.
My Fairy Tale Wedding
My Fairytale Wedding is a rom-com trilogy movie that captures the unique experiences of modern-day African women. It revolves around a 29-year-old woman who, in a desperate bid to find love, turns to the strange powers of ‘kayanmata’—a love potion from an affluent seller.
The movie cast amazing talents like Uzor Arukwe, Lilian Esoro, Ramsey Nouah, Carolina Hutchings, Ini Edo, Kanayo O Kanayo, Daniel Etim, Mercy Eke, Tina Mba, and Ayo Mogaji.

HIJACK’93
Hijack ’93 explores the harrowing historical event that shook Nigeria. The film follows a group of four men who hijack an airplane, using the passengers as leverage to challenge a military-backed government in their quest for social change.
This fictional retelling draws inspiration from the 1993 hijacking of a Nigerian Airways flight by a group of teenagers. Starring Bob Manuel, John Dumelo, Sharon Ooja, Nancy Isime, Jemima Osunde, Efa Iwara, Adam Garba, Allison Emmanuel, Oluwaseyi Akinola, and Nnamdi Agbo.
Hijack ’93 was produced by Charles Okpaleke and directed by Robert O. Peters. The film is slated for premiere on Netflix coming October 25.
Soft Love
Directed by Holmes Awa, Soft Love is a heartwarming love story with a touch of humour that explores how different cultures can come together. This film is more than just a funny love story—it showcases how love can transcend borders and unite people.
Starring Cindy Thando, Efa Iwara, Rosemary Zimu, Genoveva Umeh, Shola Fapson, Carol King, Sanda Shandu, Danny Ross, and Dalin Oliver.
Written by Paballo Molingoane and directed by Holmes Awa, Soft Love delves into the complexities of love without the gloss of traditional romantic dramas.
Soft Love is set for release on Prime Video on the 25th of October 2024.
Smart Money Woman S2
“Zuri is on a journey of financial discipline but struggles to stay on course. Adesuwa deals with the fallout of a bitter divorce while trying to co-parent with her unreliable ex, Soji. Lara’s life spirals, with both work and family falling apart, and Tami faces the challenge of balancing her blossoming business and love life”.
Smart Money Woman is directed by Bunmi Ajakaiye and Wande Thomas, and co-produced by Kemi Lala Akindoju, Akintunde ‘MARINE’ Marinho and Isoken Ogiemwonyi. The script was co-written by Arese Ugwu, Mannie Oiseomaye and Eyo Emmanuel.
The film began its first series in 2021 and is set for season 2 release on October 30, 2024.
The Men’s Club: Next-Gen
The Men’s Club is a Nigerian web series created and directed by Tola Odunsi. The series follows the lives of four male friends—Aminu Garba, Louis Okafor, Tayo Oladapo, and Lanre Taiwo—as they navigate the intricacies of relationships, careers, and personal growth in contemporary Nigerian society.
This web series with four instalments began the debut of its first series in 2018. The Men’s Club season 5 features the likes of Etim Effiong, Efa Iwara, Tope Olowoniyen, Pere Egbi, Baaj Adebule, Adebukola Oladipupo, Folu Storms, Chuks Joseph, Detola Jones, Sag Adeolu, Tracey George, Chiamaka Obi and many others.
The Men’s Club is set to release its fifth series this 30th October on Prime Video Naija.
