The supernatural horror film is a collaboration between Nigerian and British filmmakers, directed by Ogodinife Okpue featuring Nse Ikpe-Etim, Dean Kilbey, Ryan Spong, Wale Ojo, Garcia Brown, Kane Surry, Vanessa Vanderpuye, Dimeji Ewuoso, Paul Coster, Yinka Awoni, Marshall Griffin and many others.

A Song From The Dark tells the story of a woman who hires a reluctant spirit hunter after the mysterious death of her husband, to expel an evil spirit tormenting her family. Unknown to the spirit hunter, the family has a dark secret they have sworn to keep hidden at all costs.

Ogodinife Okpue is an award-winning British Nigerian filmmaker and VFX/motion graphics artist based in Essex, United Kingdom. His award-winning self-produced debut feature film ‘A Song From The Dark’, a supernatural horror drama has been nominated, awarded and screened at various international festivals.

A hardcore fan of genre filmmaking, Ogo is always looking for a way to portray raw humanity in front of the screen regardless of the genre and the scale of the project.
